Refund policy
We only accept returns in case of a genuine issue with the product. Customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel, as this video will be required as proof for any return request. Complaints without an opening video will not be accepted. The video should clearly show the sealed parcel, shipping label, and the complete unboxing process. Any return request must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. All returns are subject to approval after reviewing the provided evidence.
